Application form for nomination of Counsel
As Part 12 of the Legal Services Regulation Act 2015 has now been commenced, applications for the Call to the Inner Bar and any queries about such applications should be directed to the Legal Services Regulatory Authority. Queries and communications on the subject of patents of precedence may now be emailed to the LSRA on patents@lsra.ie.
Counsel wishing to be considered for nomination by the Attorney General for State work should read our Statement of Policy in relation to briefing Counsel and complete the attached application form.
Please download and print the application form, then send the completed form to:
Private Secretary to the Attorney General, Office of the Attorney General, Government Buildings, Upper Merrion Street, Dublin D02 R583.
Alternatively, the completed form may be sent as a scanned pdf along with any other relevant documentation and a copy of an up-to-date tax clearance certificate to agpo@ag.irlgov.ie
